В связи с этим, внимание клиницистов привлекает изучение уровня генерации АФК лейкоцитами, а также исследование содержания продуктов ПОЛ в плазме крови и таких биомаркеров воспаления как оксид азота (N0) и его стабильных метаболитов (ЫОг'/ЫОз") в конденсате выдыхаемого воздуха (КВВ) с целью совершенствования диагностики, установления тяжести заболевания, полноты ответа на лечение и прогноза… Читать ещё >
