Диссертация
Проведен подробный анализ влияния различных факторов, включая особенности противоревматической терапии, на развитие эрозивно-язвенных изменений и верхних отделов ЖКТ. Доказано, что наиболее важными факторами, влияющими на развитие НПВП-гастропатии, является язвенный анамнез, пожилой возраст, курение, прием высоких доз НПВП.
