Клинические, морфологические и генетические предикторы резистентности к стероидной терапии хронического гломерулонефрита у детей
У 65% больных дебют СРНС наблюдается в возрасте 7−15 лет. У 13 (21,6%) больных заболевание манифестировало в грудном и раннем возрасте и гораздо реже (13,3%) оно дебютировало в возрасте 4−6 лет. Более того, для детей грудного и раннего возраста наиболее характерными были болезнь минимальных изменений (44,4%), фокально-сегментарный гломерулосклероз (25,8%) иМ-нефропатия (28,6%).
