Хронический миелолейкоз (ХМЛ) — первое клональное миелопролиферативное заболевание, при котором была выявлена генетическая поломка, приводящая к его развитию — реципрокная транслокация 1(9−22)(ц34-ц11.2), в результате которой на деривате 22 хромосомы образуется сливной ген ВСЛ-АВЬ, продуктом экспрессии которого является аномальный белок Ьсг-аЫ р210, обладающий высокой тирозинкиназной активностью… Читать ещё >
