Клинико-лабораторная характеристика неалкогольной жировой болезни печени у больных с метаболическим синдромом
Диссертация
Получены новые данные о взаимосвязи инсулинорезистентности, некоторых проявлений МС (абдоминальное ожирение, гиперхолестеринемия) с развитием и прогрессированием патологических процессов в печени. Выявлено, что у больных с НАЖБП наблюдается гиперлептинемия, однако взаимосвязи между уровнем лептина и показателями, характеризующими выраженность повреждения печени, не обнаружено.
