Экстрахромосомные структуры, содержащие компоненты синтеза и созревания РНК в ядрах ооцитов травяной лягушки
Диссертация
В ядрах ооцитов травяной лягушки присутствуют универсальные ядерные домены, участвующие в перераспределении факторов синтеза и созревания РНК — ТК и Б-снерпосомы. В то же время антигенный состав этих структур имеет определенные особенности. На фоне сезонной инактивации транскрипции прослеживается сложная динамика количества и размеров Б-снерпосом, некоторые факторы сплайсинга локализуются… Читать ещё >
