Диссертация
Учитывая природу ревматических заболеваний, по-прежнему остается спорным вопрос о том, какие типы эндопротезов при этой патологии наиболее оптимальны: цементные или бесцементные. При ВЗС и СЗСТ наблюдается обширный комплекс морфологических изменений в костной ткани. В связи с этим считается, что эндопротезы цементной фиксации являются в этих случаях наиболее оптимальными.
