Нейрофизиологическая оценка адекватности общей и сочетанной анестезии при абдоминальных оперативных вмешательствах
Диссертация
Для оценки адекватности анестезии, особенно в научных целях, следует использовать метод слуховых вызванных потенциалов. Об адекватности анестезиологической защиты интенсивности ноцицептивного воздействия свидетельствуют следующие изменения показателей слуховых вызванных потенциалов: уплощение, вплоть до исчезновения, пика РЬ, амплитуда пика Ра ниже 0,45 мкВ, латентность пиков Ра и Nb выше 40… Читать ещё >
