Казалось бы, и это вытекает из наших собственных наблюдений, синдром Рихтера представляет собой довольно простую клиническую ситуацию, когда у одного и того же больного последовательно обнаруживаются две, отчетливо различающиеся между собой, чаще В-клеточные, опухоли — лимфоцитарная с лимфоцитозом крови/костного мозга и крупноклеточная экстрамедуллярная.
