Выполненные нами экспериментальные и клинические исследования позволяют расширить показания к применению курса в/в инфузий ПГЕ2 при АГ. Применение ПГЕ2 (в форме препарата простенон) ранее было разрешено Фармакологическим комитетом СССР для лечения ГБ, рефрактерной к другим видам терапии (постановление от 12 июня 1987 г., протокол № 12).
