Сконструирована система экспрессии Fab — фрагментов каталитических антител, эффективно сопряженная с системой клонирования методом фагового дисплея. Отработаны условия экспрессии и очистки протеолитической легкой цепи антитела с23.5. Определены кинетические параметры этого абзима.
