Толерантность к физической нагрузке у больных с метаболическим синдромом
Диссертация
Показано, что сниженная толерантность к физической нагрузке у больных с метаболическим синдромом тесно связана с нарушением энергетического баланса и выраженной инсулинорезистентностью. При проведении физической нагрузки отмечаются колебания артериального давления, частоты сердечных сокращений и изменения на ЭКГ, что позволяет лечащему врачу учитывать качество медикаментозной терапии.
