Диссертация
Многочисленные попытки объяснения патогенеза атеросклероза у человека вылились в создание целого ряда теорий возникновения этого заболевания. Еще в начале 1850-х годов Rokitansky предположил, что отложение фибрина в участках поврежденной сосудистой стенки может вызывать образование атеросклеротичес-кого поражения.
