Нейрокогнитивные нарушения в группе пациентов с одноприступным и малоприступным течением в остром периоде заболевания (первый психотический эпизод) имеют генерализованный характер. В ремиссии нейрокогнитивные нарушения частично подвергаются обратному развитию и приближаются к показателям контрольной группы.
