Поэтому направленный поиск новых соединений, способных регулировать функции рецепторов ВАК, является актуальной проблемой, направленной, в первую очередь, на создание высокоэффективных веществ, обладающих достаточной степенью избирательности действия при минимуме побочных эффектов.
