Ультраструктурное исследование на клетках Saccharomyces cerevisiae и Podospora anserina
Вообще липидное включение (JIB) — одна из ключевых органелл липидного обмена клетки. ЛВ состоят из сильно гидрофобного ядра, содержащего нейтральные липиды (триацилглицерин и сложные эфиры), и поверхностного слоя полярных молекул (Leber et al., 1994).
