Особенности гемостаза в ранние сроки после операции коронарного шунтирования на работающем сердце
Обоснована тактика фармакологического сопровождения больных ИБС с целью профилактики тромбогеморрагических осложнений в периоперацион-ном периоде после АКШ: независимо от варианта проведения операции, при отсутствии геморрагического синдрома через 1 сут после операции назначать аспирин внутрь 300 мг один раз в день (постоянно).
