Оценка нейропротекторного действия различных препаратов у больных с первичной открытоугольной глаукомой
Повышение ВГД, хотя и является основной причиной повреждения зрительного нерва, однако существование первичной глаукомы с нестабильным течением при нормализованном ВГД позволяет предположить, что в патогенез глаукомы могут быть вовлечены и другие повреждающие факторы.
